Our goal is for you to have a great shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your product, please follow the steps below and we will do our best to make things right. For return inquiries, please send a detailed email to with the subject header "Return Request". Provide a full detail of the problem and the resolution you seek. All returns must be made within 14 business days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Damaged items will not be refunded. Jewelry is very delicate– endeavor to properly secure items to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for any damage incurred during transit. You are responsible for the shipping/handling cost of your return. We charge a 35% [from the purchase price excluding tax & shipping] restocking fee for all return items. We recommend you obtain insurance for the return should anything happen while the item is en-route back to us.
