Jewelry is very delicate– endeavor to properly secure items to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for any damage incurred during transit. You are responsible for the shipping/handling cost of your return. We charge a 35% [from the purchase price excluding tax & shipping] restocking fee for all return items. We recommend you obtain insurance for the return should anything happen while the item is en-route back to us.
